Sky Santorini Hot Spring Resort

1. PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. However, request to re-schedule or re-book is only allowed ONCE for up to THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE INITIAL SCHEDULE. For requests to re-schedule from 29 days to 15 days before the initial schedule, a fee of ₱5,000 will be charged for re-booking.
   STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION AND NO RE-BOOKING FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OR LESS THAN THE INITIAL SCHEDULE.
2. In case of default inability to come on your reserved date, payment will automatically be forfeited.
3. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ₱3,500.00 will be collected CASH UPON CHECK-IN. Accidental damage/s or loss to the resort’s property shall be deducted to the security deposit. The amount will be returned upon check out if the guests did not incur any damages.
4. CHECK-OUT TIME (4PM) IS STRICTLY OBSERVED. Delays on your check-out will cause further delays on our next guests. LATE CHECK-OUT TIME will be charged ₱3,000 PER HOUR.
5. The Management shall not be held liable in case occupants/lessees shall violate any law.
6. The Management shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility arising out of any untoward incidents involving the guests during the scheduled rental.
7. The Management is not held liable and is fully not responsible on any losses, accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay within the resort’s premises.
8. Guests will be held responsible for any damages and/or loss of property and must settle their liabilities before leaving the resort’s premises.
9. An additional fee of ₱500 PER HEAD shall be collected for guests exceeding the allowed guest capacity of the resort. The Management reserves the right to deny entry if the guests will exceed the maximum resort capacity limit.
10. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. If the guest brought any pet, we will charge ₱5,000 per pet.
11. Using double-sided tapes for decorations is NOT ALLOWED. Should there be marks left on the wall, including chipped wall paint, unremoved remnants of the tape, etc., a FINE OF ₱5,000 shall be imposed.

HOUSE RULES

1. Check-in time is at 7pm. This is to give us ample time to clean and disinfect the entire resort. We cannot guarantee early check-in because this depends on the previous guest. We want to ensure that the place is all-set upon your arrival.
2. Please minimize noise from 10pm – 7am as per subdivision’s policy.
3. DO NOT FORGET to bring your own towels, plates, spoons and forks, cups and other cookwares you may need.
4. BRING YOUR OWN toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper). We DO NOT provide these due to sanitary reasons.
5. Cooking stove, BBQ grill, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, water dispenser and basic kitchen materials - pot, pan and ladles (sandok at syanse) are available for you to use.
6. Our caretakers are fully vaccinated and reside within the resort premises 24/7. Our protocol is for our caretakers NOT to mingle with our guests, unless requested by the guests. Should you need our caretakers' assistance, you may reach out to us so we could instruct them to assist you.
7. Consumables, like food, chips, drinking water, liquors, ice, charcoal, etc. can be brought to the resort. However, you can also buy these items from our caretaker's in-house store.
8. There is a CORKAGE FEE OF ₱1,500 for each CATERING SERVICES, LIGHTS and SOUNDS party suppliers.
9. Our resort is well-maintained and checked by our caretakers after each guest. ANY DAMAGE, BREAKAGE or LOSS of any of our facilities, appliances, equipment, beddings, pillows, cooking materials, etc. will be subjected to corresponding cost of repair or replacement and SHALL BE PAID BY THE GUEST PRIOR CHECKOUT.
10. Please avoid bringing food and drinks near the pool area. Alcoholic beverages react to the pool treatments and will cause discoloration on the pool water.
11. SMOKING, EATING and DRINKING are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED inside the bedrooms and CRs.
12. The floor is SLIPPERY WHEN WET. Please be extra careful and always look after your children. NO DIVING and NO HORSE BACK RIDING.
