Smooth communication with Ms. Elva and team before our stay. They patiently answered my inquiries especially that our stay was scheduled right after a typhoon which resulted in black out in many areas in Laguna. In spite of the black out, they readied back ups to make our stay still pleasant, i.e. generator and fans. Fortunately, power was restored before midnight. Place is as advertised. Resort has a very nice design. Spacious for family gatherings. There is a room on the ground floor so this is recommended if you have seniors so they don’t need to go up to the 2nd floor. The only problem we encountered was that the neighbor’s sound system was very loud (no customer but care takers were cleaning) so we cannot play our own music. After some time they turned down the volume. Nevertheless, this resort is highly recommended!
