The Owner/Manager/Caretakers are very accomodating and easy talk with. They will listen to all your needs and ensure everything is covered. They will tell you the truth what they can and cannot do or provide. Rooms are good for 20- 30 pax and has many available activities like basketball, table tennis, videoke and billiards. Things to improve: No kitchen utensils, no available blankets, mic for videoke is not working well (good thing we bring our own), table tennis amenities are not in good condition. – Still 5 stars for overall ratings.
