If you choose to book this place, make sure to remind the Host about your check-in date. When we arrive, the place isn’t clean yet. To our dismay, caretaker told us that the Host just informed them about our booking. We immediately contacted the Host and they were apologetic and even compensate us about what happened.
Even though we were disappointed at the time that we arrived, our issue was solved. Caretaker cleaned the place while we were there and fill the pool.
Also, I do not recommend this place if you will bring a lot of kids. Though there is reminder that we have to be careful because it’s slippery. However, tiles were really too slippery 🥲
What we love here is; caretaker is accomodating, nice, and truly helpful, mountain view is perfect from terrace, videoke song book is updated, lots of bed, big pool, there’s a lot of bathroom, and perfect for barkadas (not kids) ❤️
Too bad. Our stay could have been perfect if there’s no miscommunication with owner and staff 🥺
