Though there was a slight hiccup in the beginning (the place wasn't cleaned and ready when we arrived as they accidentally mixed up our booking with that of their other airbnb), they immediately addressed the mistake, expedited the cleaning and preparation, and offered an extension on check-out.
Overall, stay was great and the place matches everything in the listing. The number of rooms with separate bathrooms in each one made everyone's stay comfortable. Caretakers and amenities were great. We were all even able to work in separate spaces the next morning which is a plus. Thumbs up, would recommend :)

The listing was in a place that felt safe. There were lots of other bookable houses in the area so there were other reunions happening over the weekend that we were there. Even though the other houses were bustling with activity over the late night, we were still able to get a good night's rest. Rooms were spacious and clean, and everything was very well kept. It was also very convenient that the caretakers had a little store with items for sale in case we needed them. Enjoyed the karaoke during our entire stay! Would definitely recommend!

Elva and April were pleasant hosts. It was easy to communicate with them and they were accommodating of my request to celebrate my birthday. The water in the pool was super warm and naturally sourced from the spring. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in LB. 👍

Smooth communication with Ms. Elva and team before our stay. They patiently answered my inquiries especially that our stay was scheduled right after a typhoon which resulted in black out in many areas in Laguna. In spite of the black out, they readied back ups to make our stay still pleasant, i.e. generator and fans. Fortunately, power was restored before midnight. Place is as advertised. Resort has a very nice design. Spacious for family gatherings. There is a room on the ground floor so this is recommended if you have seniors so they don’t need to go up to the 2nd floor. The only problem we encountered was that the neighbor’s sound system was very loud (no customer but care takers were cleaning) so we cannot play our own music. After some time they turned down the volume. Nevertheless, this resort is highly recommended!
