The place was as expected in the pictures presented. My family had a fun and comfortable stay. very clean place. Its a subdivision of mostly resort residences so be prepared to hear loud music all throughout the night. so its not a place to be to find a relaxing sleep. 😊but then again guests are expected to just have fun 👍😁… perfect for large groups .

My whole family had an awesome & relaxing time during our overnight stay. Place is sanitized and very clean. Kuya's little store is super convenient too! Definitely booking The Spring again for our next getaway.

Elva and Jerwin were very responsive to any questions I had. Anything I needed they were able to answer right away. The pool was awesome and game area was fun!

The place is so clean, all photos posted are 100% accurate. Host very responsive, staff very attentive and helpful. we feel safe and secure even in pandemic, even the pool was drained completely after the guests checked out. all rooms are clean, well planned and has outlets everywhere for your charging needs. there are smart TVs in all rooms so you can watch Netflix since internet connection is enough for everyone.
loved our stay. highly recommended!

This house is a 10/10 😍. The host was super accomodating, there were more than enough rooms for a lot of people, which have en-suite bathrooms. There were 3 available WiFis so we didn't have to worry about dealing with online stuff. The TVs are automatically connected to Netflix, and is perfect for movie marathon in each room. There were also a lot of leisure items that would keep you entertained - billiards, game station, movie, videooke, warm pool with a jacuzzi. We also loved the waterfall, fountain and jet feature of the pool + it was warm (the jacuzzi was hot and super relaxing) so we used the pool 'til 2am. Hoping to come back next year! 😄
