Worth every penny!
Jeff has been a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with and very well mannered. He didn't left us with any unanswered queries and has been very diligent providing information. The listing was outstanding with its wonderful amenities and big beds. It was such a treat. My family and I had such a great time in this listing. Thank you Sir Jeff for your generosity of lending your home and kuya Hector for taking care of our needs. Truly it is worth every penny! I definitely recommend this listing for your gatherings.

Very very clean and nice to be live
Jeff is a great host! He's responsiveness is on a timely manner, and is really accommodating. His caretakers are pretty nice too. I recommend this place for friends, family get togethers, and for team building. You'll enjoy the relaxing warm water, after that, the place has videoke that you can sing your heart out! Jeff also has a billiards table, and a football game table for the kids at heart. Hoping to go back here soon :)

This place is lit!
Jeff's place is very spacious, clean and well maintained. Swimming pool are very clean and so as the comfort room. Easy access to main road and near SM if you forgot something to buy. Videoke sounds are very good and centralize place is lit. Kuya's are very helpful. I will definitely book again for some future occasions and will recommend this place . :) Hassle free stay.

Very nice place
Great place for big groups! Karaoke was the hit for our group which was inside a fully centralised aircon area allowing us to sing our hearts out without worrying about the heat. Place was clean and complete with comfortable beddings. Kitchen has a stove, big pot and wok. Bring utensils and pans if you need any. Host, Jeff, responds well to email queries and is very helpful. Place is great for up to 14 people!

Awesome place to be
Place was just as advertised. With billiards, foosball, videoke and a big pool, this place was really fun. There were multiple rooms, each having beds to accommodate a big family gathering. Highly recommended.

Superb
From inquiry, to booking, check-in until check out, everything went smoothly. Jeff was very responsive and was very patient in answering a lot of my questions about his listing and amenities. Place was great! Perfect for family outings. Listing was clean and as accurate as it is in the pics. Everyone had lots of things to do--swimming, karaoke, billiards, foosball and even slept on their comfy beds and very cool a/c. Three thumbs up! Till our next reservation jeff! Thank you!
